Our process begins with the very best cuts of meat, not leftover scraps. We season to perfection, then rack in our Old West Smokehouse——Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrel Wood Chips are an exclusive at Nuckles Meat Company. These Tennessee barrels are key to our smoke-crafting, as they provide a perfect flavor and finish.<\/p>\n

We can guarantee freshness because every batch begins upon request (as always Sodium Nitrate, MSG & Gluten Free). We take great pride in being called “Old Fashioned”.<\/p>\n
