Grandpa Nuckles began the trade of meat cutting in the 1940’s. By 1959, Grandpa Kenny officially opened up shop, butchering and crafting meat for local ranchers. 70 years and 3 generations later, we still “Hand-Craft” the finest meat snacks in the world.

Our process begins with the very best cuts of meat, not leftover scraps. We season to perfection, then rack in our Old West Smokehouse——Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrel Wood Chips are an exclusive at Nuckles Meat Company. These Tennessee barrels are key to our smoke-crafting, as they provide a perfect flavor and finish.

We can guarantee freshness because every batch begins upon request (as always Sodium Nitrate, MSG & Gluten Free). We take great pride in being called “Old Fashioned”.
